Open the Stripe customer portal

Manage subscription opens Stripe's customer portal from the LowLighter Account view. Use it when you need to review or change subscription billing details.

   Open Account

   Choose Account from the LowLighter sidebar or open the website account page.

   Select Manage subscription

   Use the billing action shown for your active subscription.

   Complete the action in Stripe

   Review the customer-portal options and submit the change you need.

   Return to LowLighter

   Open Account again to read the updated subscription state.

Use the billing actions offered by Stripe

The customer portal is the place for subscription management actions such as updating billing details, changing the plan, or requesting cancellation. The available actions depend on the current subscription state.

LowLighter returns you to the account view after the portal flow so the desktop can display the current plan and billing dates.

Read the result in Account

Account shows whether the subscription renews normally, is scheduled to end, or needs payment attention. Use the displayed state as the confirmation that the portal change has reached LowLighter.
