Set answer-box text and background colors.

Choose the answer text color

Open Settings and use Text color in the Answer Box section. Select the swatch to open the color picker, then choose the color for the response text.

The value shown beside the swatch is the current hex color. Changing it updates the standard answer surface without changing its background color.

Choose the answer background color

Use Background color to choose the color behind the answer text. It has its own swatch and hex readout, so it can be changed independently from Text color.

   Select the Text color or Background color swatch in Answer Box settings.

   Choose a color

   Use the picker to set the color you want the standard answer surface to use.

   Check the hex readout

   Confirm the selected value beside the swatch.

Check or restore the color choices

Choose Show Preview to see a sample answer using the current text, background, opacity, border, and typography settings. Choose Reset to Defaults to restore the standard Answer Box colors along with the other Answer Box settings.
