What the setup guide covers

The first-run setup guide is a seven-page introduction to the LowLighter desktop. It moves from a welcome screen through the standard answer modes, hotkey configuration, Vision, Phantom, Meetings, and a final ready screen.

Modes
Answer, Summarize, Translate, Rewrite, Explain, and Custom.
Hotkeys
The shortcut display for Answer and where to change mode shortcuts.
Vision
The screen-content workflow across apps, websites, diagrams, documents, and video.
Phantom
The capture-protection workflow and its relationship to the desktop overlay.
Meetings
The separate overlay for live transcription and in-the-moment assistance.

Replay the guide without resetting settings

Open Settings, go to App Behavior, and select Replay guide when you want to see the setup sequence again. Replaying the guide does not reset the shortcuts, mode state, appearance values, or other saved preferences.

Looking for the interactive tour? Start Tour is a separate control that highlights live desktop controls one at a time. See the Feature tour page for that workflow.
