Use a password that meets all three rules

Length

At least 8 characters.

Letter

At least one letter from A to Z.

Number

At least one digit from 0 to 9.

These rules appear when you set a password after email verification and when you choose a new password during password recovery.

Use the live checklist while typing

The password form updates each requirement as you type. A rule changes to its completed state when the current value satisfies it, which lets you correct the password before submitting the form.

   Enter a password

   Type into the Password or New password field.

   Check the three items

   Confirm that length, letter, and number are all complete.

   Submit the form

   Use Set password or Set new password after all three rules are met.

Show or hide the password value

Select the eye control inside a password field to reveal the value while you check it. Select it again to return the field to its hidden password presentation.
