Open Agent and describe the task
Agent is available on Windows and requires macOS 14 or later on Mac.
- 1
Open Agent
Use the Agent entry point in LowLighter or its configured shortcut.
- 2
State the outcome
Describe what should be created, changed, researched, filled in, or downloaded.
- 3
Include useful limits
Name the website, file, format, source requirements, or details that the finished work must follow.
- 4
Send the request
Agent opens the workspace it needs and reports progress in the conversation.
Write a request that is easy to finish
Describe the finished result instead of listing every click. For example, ask Agent to research a topic from reliable sources, create a new Google Doc with a clear title, and organize the findings under short headings.
Name the destination
Say where the result should go, such as a new document, an open spreadsheet, or a downloaded PDF.
Name the required content
Include the facts, fields, sections, formulas, or visual elements that must be present.
Name the finish condition
Explain what should be saved, submitted, left open, or returned to you when the task is done.
Continue the same task with a follow-up
Use the same Agent conversation to refine completed work or finish a remaining step. Refer to the visible result directly, such as “make every section heading bold” or “add one final slide with the sources.”
If Agent cannot continue, the conversation should identify the completed work and the step that needs your attention. Resolve that step, then ask Agent to continue from the current page.
