Use the standard cycling presentation
Ambient Frame starts with its standard color presentation when neither Single-color mode nor Multi-color mode is enabled. The frame cycles its color as it runs.
Open Aesthetics and use the Ambient Frame card to compare the live presentation while changing the mode switches.
Enable Multi-color mode
Turn on Multi-color mode to use the cascading multi-color presentation. When you enable it, LowLighter turns off Single-color mode if Single-color mode is currently enabled.
- 1
Open Aesthetics
Choose Aesthetics from the LowLighter sidebar.
- 2
Enable Ambient Frame
Turn on the Ambient Frame effect if it is not already visible.
- 3
Turn on Multi-color mode
Use the Multi-color mode switch in the Ambient Frame card.
- 4
Review the frame
Use the live presentation to check the color transition around the screen.
Enable Single-color mode and choose a color
Turn on Single-color mode to use one stable color instead of the standard rainbow presentation. Choose Frame color from its swatch, then review the selected color in the live frame.
Enabling Single-color mode turns off Multi-color mode when Multi-color mode is active. The Frame color picker remains available so you can choose the color before or after enabling the mode.
Reset the color-mode choices
Choose Reset RGB Defaults in the Ambient Frame card to restore the packaged color-mode settings and the saved single-color value. Resetting the card does not change Winter Frame or Cursor Companion.
Pulsating is separate. Use the Pulsating switch when you want animation layered onto the selected Ambient Frame presentation.
