Open Meeting Controls
Meeting Controls is the place to configure the context and shortcuts used by the Meetings workspace. Open Meetings, then choose Controls before starting a listening session.
The controls apply to the Meetings experience. They are separate from the standard screen-selection settings used by ordinary answer modes.
Choose the context settings
- Use screen context
- Allows Assist to use what is visible on your screen to ground its responses.
- Invisibility
- Protects the Meetings overlay from screen capture.
- Transcription language
- Sets the language used for the live transcription. It cannot be changed while a session is in progress.
Set the language before listening. The transcription-language control is locked for the duration of a live session.
Set the global meeting shortcuts
Meeting Controls also lists the shortcuts for Toggle overlay, Assist, Start or stop listening, and New chat. Use the shortcut fields there when you want keyboard control over the Meetings workspace.
See Meeting shortcuts for the individual actions and the recording workflow.
