Set Meetings keyboard shortcuts.

The four meeting shortcuts

Toggle overlay

Show or hide the Meetings overlay.

Assist

Open or invoke Assist from the Meetings workspace.

Start or stop listening

Start a new listening session or stop the active one.

New chat

Clear the ordinary Assist conversation without ending a live listening session.

These shortcuts are separate from the standard mode shortcuts used for Answer, Summarize, Translate, Rewrite, Explain, and Custom Prompt.

Change a meeting shortcut

   Open Meeting Controls

   Go to Meetings, then choose Controls.

   Select a shortcut field

   Choose Toggle overlay, Assist, Start or stop listening, or New chat.

   Press the new combination

   Use the shortcut recorder to set the key combination for that action.

   Use the action

   Press the saved shortcut from the desktop when the Meetings workspace is available.
