How GhostKeys keeps hotkeys working

GhostKeys is LowLighter's native hotkey override for Basic and Pro users. While LowLighter runs in the background, it keeps every registered LowLighter hotkey reaching the operating system, even when the active app tries to capture or block the trigger.

The Protected Hotkeys list in Phantom shows the LowLighter actions currently registered with GhostKeys. To change a mode hotkey, go to Home, click the shortcut shown on that mode's card, then press the new combination.

Read the GhostKeys status

Disabled
GhostKeys' native hotkey override is not active for the current account or runtime state.
Active Protection
The native override is running and keeping registered LowLighter hotkeys available in the background.
Protected Hotkeys
The live list of LowLighter actions currently registered with GhostKeys.

Open Phantom and read the GhostKeys card to see the live override status and the actions currently registered with it.

Use GhostKeys with Basic or Pro

GhostKeys requires Basic or Pro access. When the feature is unavailable, the Phantom view shows an upgrade prompt instead of Active Protection.

Keep your hotkeys current. Change a mode shortcut from its Home card, then return to Phantom to confirm the registered list reflects the new combination.
