Add a companion for your cursor.

Enable Cursor Companion

Cursor Companion adds a companion that follows your cursor across the desktop. Open Aesthetics, then enable Cursor Companion from its card.

   Open Aesthetics

   Choose Aesthetics from the LowLighter sidebar.

   Enable Cursor Pet

   Turn on the Cursor Companion control.

   Choose a companion

   Select the companion you want to appear around your cursor.

Classic Cat

The classic cat companion option.

Crimson Bat

The crimson bat companion option.

The companion choice is a visual preference. It does not change the answer modes, hotkeys, or capture workflow.

Use Cursor Companion with Pro

Cursor Companion requires Pro access. The Aesthetics card identifies the feature requirement when it is not available to the current account.

Keep the companion available

Cursor Companion uses a native desktop presentation and can remain visible after you close the main LowLighter window. It is designed to keep background memory use modest while it runs.

Reopen LowLighter from the Windows system tray or macOS menu bar to change it. Choose Quit LowLighter when you want the companion and other running features to stop.
