Adjust Phantom text visibility.

Use the Phantom Text opacity slider to control answer-text visibility independently from the protected surface background.

Set the response text visibility

Open Phantom while it is active, expand Appearance, and use Text opacity. The slider accepts values from 1% to 100%.

Text opacity changes the visibility of the response text. It does not change Background opacity, the Phantom border, or the selected Text color.

Tune the text against the protected surface

Open Appearance
Use the Appearance card in the active Phantom workspace.

Move Text opacity
Set the response text visibility for the protected answer surface.

Review the result
Choose Preview to inspect the current Phantom answer presentation.

Use Background opacity and Text color when the contrast needs a different surface or color. Keep Text opacity for the visibility of the response text itself.

Restore the Phantom text visibility

Choose Reset to Defaults in Phantom Appearance to restore Text opacity with the other protected answer-surface settings.

This is a Phantom-only setting. The regular Answer Box has its own text presentation controls in Settings.
