Copy one completed Assist answer from the Meetings chat.

Copy one completed Assist answer

In the Meetings chat, completed Assist messages include their own copy action. Select the copy control on the answer you want to use, then paste the response into another application.

   Open the chat

   Use View Chat from the live session or return to the ordinary Meetings conversation.

   Wait for completion

   The copy action appears after the Assist answer has finished loading.

   Select Copy answer

   Choose the copy control on that specific message.

   Paste the answer

   Use the copied response wherever you need it.

The message action copies answer text

The message-level action copies the answer text itself. It does not export the transcript, the screen context label, or the visual layout of the Meetings chat.

Use Copy transcript when you need the speaker-labeled conversation. Use Copy answer when you need one Assist response.

Use the action after the answer is ready

While an answer is loading or streaming, its copy control is not available. If a request fails, there is no completed answer text for that message to copy. Submit the request again or copy a different completed response.
